We are a company specialized in the engineering and fabrication of the tooling for aluminum alloy component, plastic injection molded component, and sheet metal stamping components. We provide the consistent mass production of these components as well.

- Motor housings with precision-machining, ready for assembly.

- Powered tools housing, heat sinks with tight tolerance requirements, ready for assembly, partially with insert items to improve the performance.

- Sheet metal stamping parts, made off hot- or cold rolled material, ready to install, could be partially with thread, press studs, or bushings, press nuts, with surface treated by painting, powder coating or passivation, etc.

- Environmental friendly plastic parts, with one- or multi-component injection molding, ready to assemble or use, partially with cosmetic appearance, or painted surfaces.

The SUN HUA group is based at Fenggang Town, Dongguan city, China, and has domestic manufacturing plant in Ji′an City, Jiangxi Province as well. With the recent global supply chain change, SUN HUA also established the overseas base at Long An province, Vietnam. Now the plant is at its preliminary development stage.
